Our coaching process follows a structured and proven methodology to ensure transformative results

1. Outcomes

What is the desired outcome of the conversation?

We conduct interviews with both the coachee and their manager to gather insights into the coachee’s leadership behaviors.

From there, a customized coaching agreement is developed, outlining the desired outcomes and an initial action plan. Once all parties approve the coaching agreement, the document serves as a foundation for the coaching journey, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.

2. Information

What information is needed to understand the situation?

We conduct a comprehensive 360-degree assessment of the coachee, gathering feedback from colleagues, direct reports, and other relevant stakeholders. 

The process is confidential, with surveys completed online, and additional data collected through individual interviews. Interviewees are selected in collaboration with the coachee, coach, and coachee’s manager.

3. Strategy

What actions need to be taken and by whom?

The action plan is reviewed and approved to ensure alignment with desired outcomes. The coachee engages in regular 1:1 coaching sessions with the LHH coach, where progress is continuously reviewed against the coaching agreement. 

Regular meetings between the coachee and their manager also take place to discuss the coaching process. The coach remains available for discussions with the manager as needed. All strategies and actions are documented in the Approved Action Plan.

4. Results

What will success look like?

The coaching outcomes are reviewed with both the coachee and their manager, as outlined in the initial coaching agreement. 

A Summation Meeting is held to reflect on progress, and an End of Engagement Summary Report is provided. If necessary, ongoing coaching may continue. There is also an option to re-interview stakeholders to assess behavioral changes. 

All results and feedback are documented in the End of Engagement Summary Report.
