## What we do

Three headline services, powered by two in-house capabilities.

- Career Transition (outplacement): support for people whose roles are changing,
  built around four transition roadmaps rather than one (job search,
  entrepreneurship, portfolio career, retirement). Around 40% of the people we
  support in Vietnam choose a path other than immediate re-employment.
- Leadership Development: programmes for every level, from individual contributors
  to senior leaders, built from a catalogue of more than fifty modules, plus
  facilitated leadership team offsites designed around a live organisational
  challenge rather than a standard agenda.
- Coaching: executive, performance, group and team coaching from ICF-accredited
  coaches at Master Certified and Professional Certified level.

The two capabilities behind all three, also engaged in their own right:

- Assessments: access to more than 120 validated assessment tools
  across psychometric, personality and behavioural, cognitive, leadership,
  360-degree feedback and team categories, including Hogan Assessments, Saville
  Assessment and Myers-Briggs (MBTI). The instrument is chosen for the decision:
  selection, promotion, succession or development.
- Advisory: restructuring and downsizing advisory, succession planning, and
  organisational development.

## Questions we are commonly asked, answered

What is outplacement? Employer-funded career transition support for people
whose roles are ending. The employer pays; the individual pays nothing.

What is the difference between outplacement and severance? Severance is money.
Outplacement is support to find what comes next. They solve different problems
and are usually offered together.

Do people always look for another job? No. In Vietnam around 40% of the people
LHH Vietnam supports choose a different path: starting or buying a business,
building a portfolio of work, or an earlier active retirement. Programmes here
are built around four roadmaps rather than one job-search track.

What is the difference between group coaching and team coaching? Group coaching
brings together up to five people who share a development need but do not work
together, and each takes their own actions away. Team coaching works with an
intact team on how they operate together. If participants do not share
day-to-day work, it is group coaching.

Does LHH Vietnam coach in Vietnamese? Yes. Coaching and programmes run in
Vietnamese and English, delivered by consultants and ICF-accredited coaches
based in Vietnam and across APAC.

How does an individual access LHH career support? If an employer has funded a
programme, the individual registers at register.lhh.com at no cost to them, is
matched with a coach, and uses LHH Career Studio for the length of the
