About the job

You will be accountable for Business Development and Key Account Management including, converting, expanding and retaining a range of clients across LHH solutions portfolio. Broad responsibilities include:

  • Own sales KPIs and annual targets.
  • Qualify clients.
  • Product knowledge sufficient to develop proposals.
  • Ability to contribute to and negotiate contracts.
  • Own a book of business of key accounts to develop and maintain.
  • Liaise with key account’s management to ensure client satisfaction and expectations are being met by delivery team.

You are

A self-starter with the ability to work with limited oversight. The role is suitable for someone looking to work across the full scope of professional services B2B Business Development and Key Account Management. You will have high accountability for ensuring timely and complete delivery of agreed targets. This role requires someone that is comfortable selling complex projects.

Our Vietnam business is powered by a large amount of sales collateral, content, and solutions generated by LHH Global. As a BD Manager, you will be constantly leveraging these tools to the local market. Therefore, in this role, you will uniquely be learning both broadly about Business Development / KAM within a highly successful global business, while continuously sharpening your skills as a BD expert for this market.

Qualifications and Experience

  • BA degree or higher in a relevant subject.
  • 3+ years experience in BD, Sales and/or KAM preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and relationship building with all levels of management.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (or similar).
  • Extroverted and confident to deal with senior job-holders.

Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to Sales and Marketing Director.

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Purpose / Scope of Role:

    To manage the digital marketing activities to promote LHH programs and services including: digital campaign management, advertising, and marketing material / online content development.

    Needs to be a self-starter with the ability to work with limited technical oversight. The role is suitable for someone looking to work across the full scope of Marketing with wide autonomy for decision making and creativity. You will have freedom with digital strategy and how you choose to implement it, but also high accountability for bringing business and qualified leads to the sales team. This role requires someone that is comfortable working in both strategy and execution. Unique Aspect: Our Vietnam business is powered by a large amount of content and ideas generated by LHH Global. As a marketer, you’ll be constantly adapting these ideas to the local market. Therefore, in this role you will uniquely be learning both broadly about the branding of a highly successful global business, while continuously sharpening your skills as a marketer for this market.

    Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to Sales and Marketing Director

    Employment Type: 6-month contract

    Responsibilities / Tasks:

    Marketing

    • Assist management in developing the integrated marketing plan.
    • Advise Management on technical and creative aspects of digital marketing.
    • Implement the plan and monitor & report on campaign effectiveness
    • Manage the marketing budget.
    • Identify new ways of elevating the brand of LHH in Vietnam
    • Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press, online websites, forums and communities.
    • Analyze, monitor and manage LHH online assets incl: websites, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google.
    • Support sales team with lead generation and follow up sequence.

    Marketing Materials:

    • Coordinate with Management and Team Leaders on marketing material requirements.
    • Manage the design and production of online and offline marketing materials.
    • Support the effective distribution of marketing materials.

    Event Planning:

    • Identify opportunities for sponsorship as well as organizing events to promote the LHH brand.
    • Produce detailed proposals for events (i.e. timelines, venues, staffing and budgets, etc.)
    • Build relationships with agencies and media and liaise with them to promote events.

    General Administration:

    • Manage and maintain marketing related CRM system and mailing lists.
    • Fortnightly reporting to management.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • BA degree or 3 year Diploma in Marketing
    • 4+ years experience in Marketing preferably within the professional services industry
    • You must have experience running digital campaigns over email, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google or all four!

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Vietnamese and English.
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Conversion/goal tracking, CRM/Email Campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, WordPress.
    • Nice to Have: light SEO experience and keyword research.

      Job Description

      Join our team at LHH Vietnam as a Career Coach / Consultant (Associate). The primary responsibilities of a Career Consultant is to deliver career transition services to program participants according to LHH quality standards through one-on-one coaching and/or facilitation of workshops/meetings., This role is on an Associate (project – freelance) basis and is focussed on utilizing and guiding candidates on the full range of LHH resources to conduct an effective career search. The number of hours is flexible and will vary from week to week.

      We are also seeking experienced Career Consultants that can support Client companies with planning restructuring activities, and consultants that can guide candidates towards other career roadmaps incl: Entrepreneurship, Retirement, or entering the Gig Economy.

      Service Delivery

      Provides high quality consultation services to participants through one-on-one coaching, training, and group facilitation according to LHH program standards.

      • Effectively handles caseload as business needs require.
      • Maintains up-to-date records of all activities with participants.
      • Utilizes LHH career transition tools as prescribed by LHH standards.
      • Ability to work independently and proactively to meet candidates’ needs.
      • Coach candidates to assist in determining career direction.
      • Develop and improve communication strategies.
      • Use multiple approaches, with an emphasis on networking, to uncover opportunities.
      • Coach candidates through interviewing for jobs and negotiating C&B.
      • Utilize technology and social media methodologies as part of a successful search strategy.
      • Facilitate training and other group sessions to maximize adult learning.

      Required Experience / Characteristics

      • While specific profession and industry experience is not required, an extensive business background is necessary. Particularly relevant career background includes human resources, training, general management, recruiting, consulting as well as mentoring and coaching.
      • Diverse industry and career background, personal and/or professional experience in career transition along with strong knowledge of the hiring process are preferred.
      • Consultants must have strong writing and organization skills as well as computer and presentation skills.
      • Applicants must live in the area and be available Monday – Friday, during normal business hours.
      • Experience working in agile environments.

        Qualifications and Experience

        • While specific profession and industry experience is not required, an extensive business background is necessary. Minimum eight years corporate experience in an MNC or international professional services company is desired. Relevant career background includes: General Management, Business Unit Head, Human Resources, Training, Recruiting, Professional Consulting.
        • Mandatory that you have held a leadership role to join our LD or Coaching associate team
        • Mandatory facilitation experience to join our LD associate team
        • All our consultants are expected to be comfortable with face-to-face, virtual, one-on-one and small group delivery approaches.
        • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent in a business related subject
        • Mandatory coaching accreditation (ICF or equivalent) to join our Coaching associate team
        • Mandatory certification in at least one Assessment tool to join our Coaching or Assessment associate team
        • Preferable that you have attended relevant career coaching and/or accredited coaching program to join our Career Transition associate team.
