Through LHH Vietnam, a PROFILOR® 360-degree feedback report costs $250 per leader, in US dollars. There are 5 versions, one for each level from individual contributor to senior executive.

How a 360 works
The leader and the people around them (manager, peers, direct reports) each answer the same questions. Each rater needs about 45 to 60 minutes. The report sets the leader's view of themselves beside everyone else's and shows where the two differ.
How to get started
Buy it online per leader. A 360 lands best with a debrief, and you can add a one hour session with a certified coach, in Vietnamese or English.
