Refund Policy

1. No refunds after you order

All sales are final. Once you place an order, whether you pay by card or by bank transfer, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

This is because each order is delivered straight away: we send the participant links as soon as payment is confirmed, and the participant can start the assessment immediately.

2. Check before you pay

Please check the assessments, quantities and each participant's name and email address before you pay. We send the links to the email addresses you give us.

3. If something goes wrong

If a participant link does not arrive or does not work, email info@lhh.com.vn with your order number and we will help.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
