1. Personal data we collect

When you submit an enquiry through a form on the Website, we collect the information you provide, which is:

• your first and last name;
• your business email address;
• your company or organisation;
• your job title;
• your telephone number, if you choose to provide it;
• the service or topic your enquiry relates to; and
• anything you include in your message.

We also record that you gave consent, together with the date and version of the consent text, so we can demonstrate the basis on which we hold your data.

If you consent to analytics (see our Cookie Policy), we collect limited technical information about your visit (such as a truncated IP address, device type, browser and the pages you view) in aggregated form that we do not use to identify you.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this Website. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your enquiry.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. Where Vietnamese law permits processing without consent (for example, where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation), we rely on that provision, consistent with the PDPL.

You may withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights"). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Who we share your personal data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that operate this Website and our enquiry process, with other LHH or Adecco Group entities where relevant to your enquiry, and where we are required to by law:

• Zoho Corporation, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which stores your enquiry so our team can respond and manage the relationship.
• Zoho (ZeptoMail), the service that sends the confirmation email to you and the notification to our team.
• Microsoft, the provider of our info@lhh.com.vn mailbox (Microsoft 365).
• Google, the provider of Google Analytics, used only if you consent to measure Website usage.
• Vercel Inc., the platform that hosts and delivers this Website.
• Competent authorities, regulators or law enforcement, where we are legally required to disclose.

6. International transfers of personal data

Some of the service providers above process personal data on servers located outside Vietnam. Where your personal data is transferred outside Vietnam, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with the PDPL, including through contractual safeguards with our providers and the cross-border transfer procedures Vietnamese law requires.

By submitting an enquiry, you consent to this transfer for the purposes described in this policy.

7. How long we keep your personal data

We keep your enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to you and to manage our relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing engagement. Analytics data, where collected with your consent, is retained in aggregate for up to 14 months.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to be informed about how it is processed, to access it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw your consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@lhh.com.vn. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to complain to the competent Vietnamese authority (the Department of Cyber Security and Hi-Tech Crime Prevention under the Ministry of Public Security).

This Website uses cookies only as described in our Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies are not placed unless you consent. Please see the Cookie Policy for details and how to manage your choices.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects through this Website.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. These include encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), server-side validation of form submissions, rate limiting and spam protection, restricted access to enquiry data, and keeping system credentials out of the browser. No transmission of information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you provide your information at your own risk.
