Is this for me?
This support is for people whose employer has funded an LHH career transition programme, usually as part of a restructure, a role change or a separation agreement. If you were told LHH support is part of your package, it is for you.

What this actually is
Career transition support, sometimes called outplacement, is a programme your employer funds when roles change. It is not a website login with a library of documents, and it is not a recruitment agency. You get a coach who works with you, one to one, until you land somewhere you have chosen.
Your coaching conversations are with your coach. The programme is yours to use, at your pace, in Vietnamese or English.
There is no cost to you. Your employer has already funded it, and using it fully takes nothing away from anyone else.
A coach of your own
LHH certified career coaches are among the most experienced in the industry, and yours takes the time to understand your professional and personal ambitions before any plan is made. In a world increasingly filled with AI tools, this programme starts with a person.
In Vietnam that person coaches in Vietnamese or English, knows how hiring actually works in this market, and has taken people down every one of the four roads below. You meet regularly, one to one, and your coach stays with you until you arrive.

Does this cost me anything?
No. Your employer has funded the programme. Registration and everything in it are free to you, and using it fully takes nothing away from anyone else.
How do I know if I am eligible?
If your employer told you LHH support is part of your package, you are eligible. If you are unsure, or never received registration details, ask your HR contact or contact us and we will check for you.
What happens first?
You register, we match you with a coach, and the first conversation is about what you actually want next. No plan is made before that conversation.
Do I have to look for another job like my last one?
No. Around 40% of the people we support in Vietnam choose a different road: starting a business, building a portfolio of work, or stepping back. Your coach works with what you actually want, and it is normal for that to change as you think.
I am not ready yet. Does the offer expire?
Programmes run for a defined period, so it is worth registering early even if you start slowly. Registering takes a few minutes and starts nothing you cannot pause. The people who do best are the ones who start early.
Is the coaching in Vietnamese?
Vietnamese or English, whichever you prefer. Say so when you register and we will match you accordingly.
Will anyone see what I discuss with my coach?
The coaching relationship is yours. What you explore with your coach stays between you; employers receive programme-level reporting, not the content of your conversations.
What if I already have an offer or an idea?
Bring it. Coaches help people evaluate offers, negotiate terms, and pressure-test business ideas. Landing quickly and landing well are not always the same thing, and a second pair of eyes costs you nothing here.
What is Career Studio, and do I need to be technical?
Career Studio is the digital platform that supports your programme: market data, AI-powered insights, job leads, webinars and search tools. If you can use a browser you can use it, and your coach will walk you through it.
My employer has not offered this. Can I still get support?
These programmes are employer-funded, so the door in is your employer. If your organisation is planning changes, point them to our Career Transition page, or contact us and we will have that conversation with them.
