The basics of coaching for everyday conversations with their team: asking instead of telling, giving honest feedback and agreeing clear next steps.

Coaching as the way they lead day to day: developing people, dealing with performance problems and making change stick.

Level 3 · Professional

For business and leadership coaches
For people who want to coach professionally in business, inside their organisation or independently. Designed to align with the ICF Level 1 credential path.

- Internal or external coaches working towards a professional qualification

- 6 months
