How much does executive coaching cost in Vietnam?
Executive coaching in Vietnam is priced per engagement rather than per hour: a scoped number agreed before anything starts, based on the goal, the seniority of the leader and how long the work runs. Tell us what you want the coaching to change and we will scope it and give you the number in writing before you commit.
What moves the price
- The goal: a defined transition is a smaller engagement than a long development arc
- Seniority: coaching a chief executive and coaching a new manager are different work, matched to different coaches
- Duration and rhythm: monthly sessions over six months and fortnightly sessions over a year are different commitments
- Scale: coaching one leader and coaching a manager population are priced differently per head
Why we do not publish a rate card
A published hourly rate prices the hour, and the hour is not the product; the change is. Scoping the engagement first also protects you from the open-ended retainer, because the end is agreed before the beginning.
The first conversation costs nothing and is where we say honestly whether coaching is the right tool at all. Sometimes the better answer is training, a team intervention or an assessment, and we will say so.
