How much does the APOLLO Profile assessment cost?
The APOLLO Profile costs $90 per participant through LHH Vietnam, reduced from $160. It is a normative workplace assessment of 34 behavioural and values factors, takes about 40 minutes, and the report, the model and the benchmark comparisons are unchanged: only the price has moved.
What the APOLLO Profile is
APOLLO is a normative workplace behavioural and values assessment. In around 40 minutes it maps 34 work-related factors across three areas.
- Task approach: how the person plans, organises, decides and delivers under pressure
- Social interaction: how they communicate, influence, collaborate and handle conflict
- Core motivations: what genuinely drives them, and what will cause them to disengage
Why normative matters
Because APOLLO is normative rather than purely descriptive, a result can be compared with a general working population, a relevant benchmark, or the pattern across a team. That is what turns a personality picture into something you can defend in a talent decision. A built-in social desirability check also flags responses that look too favourable to be true.
What it is used for
