What does AI coaching cost?
AI coaching is priced per engagement rather than per hour, because a few sessions to reach a first plan and a coaching relationship that runs alongside an implementation are different pieces of work. The first conversation is free: it establishes what you are trying to decide, and you get a scoped price before you commit to anything.
What moves the price
- The scope: a handful of sessions to get to a first plan, or ongoing sessions across an implementation over several months
- One leader, or a small cohort of three or four from the same business
- The pace: some leaders want fortnightly contact through the first quarter, others come back only when they hit something
Why we do not publish a rate card
A published hourly rate would push the work towards hours, and the work is not hours. The engagement is scoped around what you have to decide and by when. Agreeing that shape first is also what stops a coaching relationship drifting into an open-ended retainer.
If the scoped number does not make sense for you, the free first conversation has still cost you nothing, and we will say so if we think you do not need coaching at all.
How to get a number
Tell us what you are trying to decide. The first conversation is usually within a week or two, in person in Ho Chi Minh City or online wherever you are, and you leave it with a scoped price in writing.
