What is AI coaching for executives?
AI coaching is one to one work between a senior leader and a coach who has implemented AI in a real business, aimed at closing the leader’s own knowledge gap and turning it into an AI plan they can defend to a board. It is not technical training: it is for the chief executive, managing director or functional head who has to set a direction on AI and has not had time to understand it properly.
Who it is for
The leaders who buy it have usually read the headlines, sat through the vendor pitches, and had no safe place to ask the basic questions. The gap is rarely intelligence. It is exposure.

Where and how it runs
Sessions are conversations rather than workshops, so they work as well remotely as in a room. We coach leaders in Vietnam in person in Ho Chi Minh City, and online across the region and beyond, in Vietnamese or English. The work is built on two and a half years of running AI inside our own business, including the parts that did not work.
