What is executive coaching?
Executive coaching is confidential one to one work between a senior leader and a professional coach, aimed at changing how that leader leads: judgement, relationships, communication and the habits that no longer fit the size of the role. In Vietnam, LHH delivers it through experienced ICF-accredited coaches, in Vietnamese or English, in person in Ho Chi Minh City or online anywhere in the country.
What a coach actually does
A coach does not advise, and does not report back to anyone. They ask the questions that force clear thinking, hold up a mirror the leader cannot hold up alone, and keep the work pointed at agreed goals. The sessions are confidential between coach and leader, which is what makes honesty possible.

- A newly promoted leader finding the level of a bigger role
- A senior individual whose next step is about how they lead, not what they know
- A leader preparing for succession, a regional role or a visible change
- Manager populations at scale, where many leaders need the same shift at once
How it runs in Vietnam
Engagements are scoped around a goal, usually agreed between the leader, their sponsor and the coach, and run over months rather than weeks. Sessions are in Vietnamese or English, in person in Ho Chi Minh City or online across Vietnam. The coach is chosen for fit: a chemistry conversation comes before any commitment.
