The PROFILOR® Time 1 360 on any model, plus a short Progress Check about six months later. You pick 3 to 10 behaviors from your results and raters score the effort and improvement they have seen, with no second full survey.
What it measures
A full PROFILOR® Time 1 baseline on the model you choose, then a Progress Check on 3 to 10 behaviors you pick from it, rated for Effort and Improvement on four-point scales.
Who it is for
Leaders working on a few specific development goals who want a mid-point check from the people around them.
What you get
- Full Time 1 report on the PROFILOR® model you choose
- Progress Check sent about six months after Time 1 (timing can be changed)
- Progress Check report (9 pages in the sample) with overall Improvement and Effort scores by rater group
- Item detail for each selected behavior, a development suggestion for the least-improved item, and written comments
- Option to add or remove raters before the Progress Check
