The Women in Leadership Capability Development Report supports LHH's Elevating Women in Leadership programme. It draws on LHH research into the areas where women can strengthen their success, and gives insight into work styles, preferences and mindsets.
What it measures
21 leadership capabilities, grouped under eight key concepts. The concepts are Examine Mindset & Beliefs, Lead with Personal Vision, Work at the Right Level, Communicate Strategically, Network to be Influential, Project Confidence & Presence, Influence Up, and Develop Resilience and Boundaries.

Women leaders at any level, from manager to executive, taking part in a development programme or coaching.
