Workplace Personality Inventory and Profile Report
TalentLens · Psychometric Questionnaire
The Workplace Personality Inventory-II is a work-style questionnaire that predicts job fit and behavior at work. This version gives the Profile Report only: a short hiring summary that points to areas to explore in the interview.
What it measures
Six Drivers of Work Performance, broken down into sixteen work styles. The drivers are Achievement, Social Influence, Interpersonal, Self Adjustment, Conscientiousness and Practical Intelligence, plus a check for overly favorable answers.
Who it is for
Hiring for individual contributor and first-line leader roles, alongside an ability test and a behavior-based interview.
