Which kind of coaching do you need?
Coaching works when the coach is credible to the person opposite them and the format fits the problem. We run six services, and the choice between them matters more than the choice of coach.
- Executive coaching: one to one, for senior leaders, over 3, 6 or 12 months
- AI coaching and mentoring: for chief executives and functional heads who have to set a direction on AI
- Performance coaching: one to one, about how a person performs in their current role
- Group coaching: up to five people who share a development need but do not work together
- Team coaching: an intact team working on how it works together
- Coaching skills development: teaching your own managers to coach
Coaching in Ho Chi Minh City and across Vietnam
Our office is in Ho Chi Minh City, and our consultants work throughout the country. Coaching is a conversation, so it works as well online as in a room: a leader outside Ho Chi Minh City can be coached the same way as one inside it.
Sessions run in Vietnamese or English, so a leader can work in whichever language they think best in.
How we match you with a coach
Chemistry matters more than credentials once a threshold is met, so we introduce two or three coaches and let you choose. Our coaches are ICF-certified, including at Master Certified and Professional Certified level, and many are former senior executives and business leaders.
We have trained and supported over 250 coaches across APAC to become ICF certified, which is also why we can teach your own managers to coach.
Coaching for one leader, or for many
Executive coaching can be rolled out as mass coaching: one-to-one coaching across a group of leaders at once, structured to be cost-effective at that scale. Performance coaching can be run the same way across a manager population, against themes your organisation sets, while each engagement stays private and individual.
Common questions about coaching in Vietnam
What is coaching in a business setting?
Coaching is a structured, confidential conversation between a person and a trained coach, aimed at changing how that person performs or leads. It does not give advice or instructions. The coach asks the questions that make the thinking clearer, and the person chooses what to do.
Do you offer coaching in Ho Chi Minh City?
Yes. Our office is in Ho Chi Minh City and coaching can run in person there. Coaching also runs online across Vietnam, so location does not limit who can be coached.
Can coaching be delivered in Vietnamese?
Yes. Coaching runs in Vietnamese and English. We match the coach to the language and the person.
What is the difference between group coaching and team coaching?
Group coaching brings together people with a shared development need who do not work together, normally up to five. Team coaching works with people who already work together and need to work together better. If the participants do not share day-to-day work, it is group coaching.
How long does executive coaching run?
Executive coaching is one to one and runs over 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the goal. We agree the shape and the scope before it starts.
How much does coaching cost in Vietnam?
Coaching is priced per engagement rather than per hour, based on the goal, the seniority of the leader and how long the work runs. Tell us what you want it to change and we scope it and give you the number in writing before you commit.
Are your coaches ICF certified?
Yes. Our coaches are ICF-certified, including at Master Certified and Professional Certified level.
