This short snapshot helps you understand where your organisation currently sits in its AI in practice journey, and where focused support may be needed.

What happens after you submit

  2. We read them against what we see in other organisations in Vietnam and write up where you sit.
  3. We send your results to you, usually within two working days.
  4. If it would be useful, we offer a free 45 minute briefing to talk them through. You are free to say no and keep the results.

The 10 questions cover leadership direction, manager capability and employee readiness. They ask about what is true in the organisation today rather than what is intended, because a flattering answer set is of no use to you or to us.
